If the item received is incorrect, kindly email us email@example.com for further assistance. However, the item must be returned back unworn with no damages and in the original packaging. In the event the correct item is out of stock, a full refund in store credit/bank transfer will be issued.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within one day of parcel arrival if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
